I realized how when you are living in an apartment that makes you happy, one naturally becomes happy.
Have been cooking loads. Fried economical beehoon, steamed fish, fried eggs, soup, sweet potato soup, barley water, vegetables, steamed egg, curry chicken, sweet and sour pork.
Been fun. Have not felt this liberated in at least 2 years.
Definitely looking to close off this year. Had achived much, a bit more mature, a bit wiser and definitely less kan cheong as before.
I cannot recall when I have last spent Christmas in HK. I feel quite lucky to enjoy the chills of Winter during this magical season! :)
